14:30 Tuesday 4 December – Mobile Broadband and LTE
Current and next generation mobile broadband is presented, with a focus on the evolution through from HSPA to HSPA+ and then LTE. The advanced radio features are explored as well as the radio access network (eUTRAN) and Evolved Packet Core (EPC).
14:00 Wednesday 5 December – The Importance of Customer Experience Management for Telcos
Managing churn and building life-long loyalty isn’t a bit of a “nice to have” strategy any more, it is a matter of survival. In an environment where few customers are truly passionate about their Telco and would easily churn in search of lower prices, this session looks at how the Telco can build effective, profitable relationships with their customers which increase Customer Lifetime Value.
