Alan specializes in designing and delivering training across a wide range of technology and business courses. This includes Next Generation Networks, UMTS, LTE, 5G, IP, Service and Content Delivery, and OSS/BSS – focusing on Digital Transformation within the CSP. Alan has worked for some of the leading telecoms and IT companies including British Telecom, Digital (HP) and Ericsson.

Alan is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience in financial management 

Alan specialises in cost optimization training, finance training, key performance measurement and alignment as well as advanced data modelling and commercial acumen. He has facilitated and contributed to a vast array of advances telecoms management programmes at senior manager, director and CxO level in more than 20 countries across 5 continents.
